Day 7 with Kirsten, our last day and a day before my wedding. :) All that rain during the last days didn't left too much dry rock on Anića kuk and we wanted to climb something on Anića kuk. We settled for a south-facing route on Stup Anića kuka – Danaja (F5b). Not a typical Anića kuk route but still a fine climb to finish our small rock trip. Well, until next time...

Who ordered more rain showers? So we climbed some more as soon as a patch of dry rock appeared. Our dry patch of the day was Flex & Rex at F5a.

So what about climbing between rain showers? Well, if you're confident about the forecast, why not? After the third shower that day we went up and climbed a very nice 150 m F5c – Spit Bull. A south-facing climb we otherwise couldn't have climbed because of the usual summer heat. It started raining again just as we started to descend. :)

By the fourth day the sharp rock was taking its toll on the fingers. That's Paklenica for you. :) So the grades had to go down a bit. We climbed a classic F5b in Stup Debelog kuka – Zgrešeni and a nice F5a in Kukovi ispod Vlake – Lidijin.

After a rest day we decided to go for something more difficult. First a real classic – Celjski stup. Only F5a in the guidebook but a hard one by any standard. Then we raised the grade and climbed Kikos bohrer with one of the most beautiful F6a pitches I've done in Paklenica.

Ča je od Draga je od Draga was a nice choice for a slightly harder route – 120 m at F5b. After this one we were too late to catch Prijatelju moj while it was still in shade. We climbed it anyway and it wasn't too bad after all.

Nosorog and Sjeverno rebro with Kirsten. We started easy and stayed in the shade the whole time. Little more than 300 meters was not bad for the first day.
Julijske Alpe, Triglav
Domagoj i ja odustali od Bavarske. A kad smo već bili tamo, popeli smo Kratku Nemšku. Prekasno smo krenuli za izbjeći gužvu, ipak je bio vikend i Stena je bila krcata. Moram priznati da još nikad nisam penjao Kratku Nemšku tako ležerno i bezbrižno. Kao da nema prirodnijeg trenutka ni mjesta za biti nego tad i tamo...
Julijske Alpe, Vršič
Ivanka, Zava, Tomi i ja bili smo na Vršiču. Plan je bio penjati Zahodni greben, no snijegom obilna zima nije htjela ni čuti za to. Svejedno smo protegli papke do kud je išlo i natrag, zabijali klinove i uživali ko prasci u još jednom prekrasnom danu u Alpama.

Trio u Anića kuku. I to koji trio! Prvotni navez bili smo Orsat i ja, a onda nam se kao bonus pridružio glavom i bez brade Marko Martinović. Čovječe što već dugo nismo penjali na istom užetu. U subotu smo popeli Show must go on u Anića kuku. Detalj 6c je još zadnji cug koji sam prošao slobodno, a sve dalje sam se iznavlačio nakon što su mi tajanstveno otkazali gležnjevi.
