On the fourth and last day of our ice trip we chose a shorter ice line that still offered some comitting vertical climbing. We climbed Mittlerer Maralmfall (1).We got there first and climbed it in two pitches at WI4. By the time we abseiled down there was already a crowd at the base. Four days of ice climbing with no rest day – that's some feat for Kirsten considering Londond's reputation for ice routes. Well done!
